These terms govern your use of wecanbrandyou.com, operated by WeCanBrandYou Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If we work together on a brand, that engagement will be covered by its own written agreement. These terms cover the website only.

What this site is

The site describes what we do and lets you pitch your brand to us. Content on the site (including the deal structure, timelines and examples described) is for general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site creates a partnership, agency or advisory relationship. Any figures, timelines or outcomes shown are illustrative, not guarantees.

Enquiries and pitches

Submitting the enquiry form does not commit either of us to anything. We review every pitch but we are not obliged to respond, accept or progress any enquiry. Don't send us confidential material through the form: an enquiry does not create an obligation of confidence. If we progress a conversation, confidentiality can be agreed properly at that point.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may browse and share links freely, but you may not copy, scrape or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. "WeCanBrandYou" and the associated marks are our property.

Acceptable use
